Speakers on Beyond Water

Speakers at last weeks club meeting were Pete & Sharon Crean, the co-founders of Beyond Water - www.beyondwater.org.au. Pete & Sharon have spoken across many nations including New Zealand, Australia, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda and the United States of America. In 2013, the Creans received a Rotary Humanitarian Award for their work in Africa.

A key driver for their work is that 783 million people do not have access to clean water and almost 2.5 billion do not have access to adequate sanitation.
