The Rotary Club of Canberra Sunrise (RCCS) recently sponsored Nalda Barrett to attend the District 9705 RYPEN (Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment) camp at Capital Country Holiday Park, Bidges Rd in Sutton.
The RYPEN Program for Year 9 & 10 Students was conducted from 5 - 7 September 2025. RYPEN is a youth program that has been running in our District for many years. It aims to give young people self confidence and self-esteem and to enhance a belief in their abilities and talents.
A confident Nalda Barrett returned to the Rotary Club of Canberra Sunrise with her father for a breakfast meeting on 16 October 2025, discussed the significant benefits of this personal development opportunity and thanked the Club for their sponsorship.
