A number of Rotary and Rotaract clubs in Canberra have recently joined together to launch a Rotary Means Business chapter in the ACT. Rotary Means Business is a networking opportunity between Rotary and local businesses with a view to providing a meaningful networking opportunity, with Rotarians sharing about their Rotary and business endeavours and businesses sharing information on their focus and activities.
The idea behind this networking activity is to gain useful and reliable business contacts, while at the same time opening the door for others to use your services and refer to their friends – in other words, Rotary members helping Rotary members and their associates. We would also love to share Rotary experiences with your team, which some may like to continue to engage in. We expect between 50 and 70 Rotarians and Rotaractors will be present at these events.
Rotary Means Business (ACT) will meet four times over the next 12 months. The first event will be held on the evening of Thursday 26th September. There is no cost to come along, just the price of any drinks you may wish to purchase.
