Paying It Forward - Lifeline the Winner

At last week's Club meeting we were fortunate to have Lifeline's Director of Operations, Matt Heffernan, speak a little about his life journey and the work of Lifeline.
After a successful 7 year career in rugby promotions, Matt took a decision to pay it forward - recognising how fortunate he had been in life, he wanted to give back to the community. He has since been working for Lifeline. He spoke of the challenges that Lifeline faces and how the organisation is changing to continue to be effective and to grow. Matt spoke from the heart and no doubt inspired all in attendance.
