Staying at Discovery Park Canberra, the students prepared their arguments from a national as well as a Bloc perspective, and MoAD provided the perfect venue for debating the UN resolutions – a venue that was the home of our democracy from its opening almost a century ago on 9 May 1927, until the opening of our “new” Parliament House on 9 May 1988. We wish to thank the delegates, their schools and sponsoring Rotary Clubs, MoAD and Restaurant Associates, Rotarians, Rotaract participants, school teachers and counsellors, Discovery Park Canberra, Secretarys General, Adjudicators, diplomatic note runners, and all of the other volunteers who contributed to making MUNA 2025 a success.
