JAZMIN WILLS

Jazmin is a student at Woolgoolga High School, Coffs Harbour, New South Wales. She only began private tuition in singing in 2006. Since then her talents have been acknowledged by a Highly Commended award at Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium and first place in Music 1 at Woolgoolga high school, both in 2009.  Jazmin also participated in the NSW State Choir  performance at the Sydney Opera House in 2009 as a High Soprano.

Her music teacher , Margaret England of the Coffs harbour Regional Conservatorium, in recommending her for the scholarship, says that while she is a late starter in classical singing "A program such as this is a wonderful opportunity  for a young person whose potential does not match her present environment, particularly at a school where music is defined by Rock.
