Model United Nations Assembly 2012 - How to Register

How to Register:

1. Preliminaries: 

• Identify a sponsoring Rotary Club or District and a member of that Club or District who will advise their procedures for your team to nominate and act as a initial contact point (more information).  This may be after a district has conducted their own MUNA;
• Identify two or three team members, and ensure they have parental consent (more information);
• Get the sponsoring Rotary club or district to identify a counsellor to accompany the team (more information)
• Choose five nations which the team might like to represent, one from each bloc, from this list (opens in a new window). (more information)

     2.   Complete the Registration Form and (download HERE) print it;

     3.   Complete the Parent/Guardian Consent Form (download HERE) and the  Counsellor Consent            Form (download HERE), print them, sign them and forward with the registration form;

     4.   Ensure team members have reviewed the Behaviour Guidelines (download HERE), signed a copy            and forward with the registration form;

     5.  N.B. ALL students are accommodated at the Greenhills Conference Centre, without exception          (even those living in Canberra). The cost of student accommodation is included in the Registration         Fee. Counsellors and other accompanying adults are expected to arrange their own accommodation, but may request to stay at the Greenhills Conference Centre, subject to availability,  by using this form.

     6.  Where a counsellor or other accompanying adults require accommodation at the Greenhills Conference Centre (www.greenhills.com), complete the Accommodation Request Form (download HERE), print it, sign it and forward to the Registrar.

     7.  Review the checklist (download HERE) to ensure your registration is complete;

     8.  Send all documents to:

Registrations should be made as soon as possible, but in any case before 30 June 2012

Payment should accompany the Registration Form, or by Direct deposit to the Rotary Club of Canberra Sunrise at BSB 062908 Account 1059 4240, but in any case must be received by 30 July, 2012.
